Public Protector, Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane, was denied access to her office at the weekend despite a Western Cape High Court ruling setting aside her suspension by President Cyril Ramaphosa. She was suspended on June 9, a day after announcing an investigation into the President’s Phala Phala farm robbery matter.

TikTok is hiring for seven senior posts based in Johannesburg, some with responsibility for the whole of sub-Saharan Africa. That job can also be done from either Lagos or Nairobi, TikTok says.

Police in Edinburgh have arrested a man who heckled Prince Andrew as he walked behind the Queen's coffin during a solemn procession on the city's Royal Mile. Eyewitness footage showed the man shouting: "Andrew, you're a sick old man".
