Yet another missile attack on the Ukraine, this time at a busy shopping centre in Kremenchuk with more than 1,000 civilians - many are feared dead.

Police Minister Bheki Cele says the 21 teenagers who died on Sunday morning at an East London tavern, died as they danced. It was confirmed that 12 boys and 9 girls died at the Enyobeni Tavern. The youngest victim was just 13 years old.

Andy Murray, the British tennis player, is back and he means business. The two-time Wimbledon champion beat James Duckworth to reach the second round at the All England Club.

Miss South Africa finalists went on a journey to discover their human origins at the weekend, and there to help them was leading South African scientist Dr Keneiloe Molopyane. This was the last official function undertaken by the top 10, who will return home after a whirlwind fortnight ahead of the pageant's finale in August.
