Big boost for The Big Favour from the boss' boss' boss' boss
Updated | By East Coast Radio
An unexpected announcement that warms our heart...
As you hear the clank of their shoes coming down the hallway, the hustle and bustle of frantic workers looking busy, and the internal dialogue that warns you to look professional, that's when you know the boss is coming.
Paballo Makosholo, Group Chief Executive Officer at Kagiso Tiso Holdings, is the big boss of the East Coast Breakfast team.
Today, Mr Makosholo joins us in studio.
ECR: LISTEN LIVE HERE
Each member of the East Coast Breakfast team have a different reason for why they think the big boss is here. From breaking small studio rules, to tackling unique topics on air, there are so many reasons the big boss had to visit us.
Once the CEO took to our airwaves, the anticipation was met with a heartwarming moment. It was an unforeseen donation to ECR's Big Favour initiative. Take a listen to the generous favour our leader had for us:
Mr Makosholo broadcast a live message to convey our ongoing need for the support of the KwaZulu-Natal community through financial or product donations.
While we encourage contributions from KZN businesses, KTH (the holding company of ECR) recognised the imperative to actively participate in the improvement of our province's well-being.
As a gesture of their commitment, KTH pledged a donation of R500,000 to support KZN.
BIG FAVOUR: Donate here
This contribution aims to address the pressing needs of the province, particularly its resilience in overcoming challenges.
Let this pledge be a lesson to us all in fostering positive change in KZN communities.
Specific details regarding the allocation of funds will be revealed in the coming months.
