Country sisters Rox and Spoen from Winterton and newly-engaged couple Kim and Pashi from Durban were given an intense five-course cook-off for their final challenge on Season 2 of 'My Kitchen Rules'.

The nail-biting finale saw Rox and Spoen outcook Kim and Pashi to win the latest season of the cooking competition.

Judges David Higgs and J’Something, as well as guest judges Reza Mahammad, Justine Drake, Zolan Nene, and Justin Bonello, scored the pair as the best.

The sisters were known for their farm-to-table-style cooking and bowled the judges over week after week with their vegetable dishes – which they quickly identified as their strength.

Rox and Spoen walk away with the coveted title and the grand prize of R1-million.

Newest members to the East Coast Radio family, Minnie and Tee, were also contestants on the show, and they have been discovered and scooped up to host their own show right here on the East Coast.

Catch them on Saturdays and Sundays between 03:00 AM - 06:00 AM.
