Bruno Mars sued for posting childhood throwback pic

This adorbs picture of Bruno Mars seems to have got him in a bit of trouble after he posted it in June on his Instagram.

If you're on the social media scene then you would know many users use trendy hashtags and phrases when posting adorable snaps of themselves. However, for Grammy Award-winning superstar Bruno Mars, a cute throwback snap of his younger self using the phrase, 'Way Back Wednesday', has landed him in some hot water.

According to Channel24, the singer-songwriter is being sued by a photographer who shot the photo of him when he was just four, and then became the world's youngest Elvis Presley impersonator.

Although it was posted back in June this year, the photographer discovered it and is now suing him and his record label for damages as she claims that she was not asked permission to use the snap.

Copyright infringements are serious offences and you can get into some serious trouble if you do not seek the proper permission for using pictures which photographers have shot.
