Brilliant way to stop people from parking in disabled bays

Many times an able body person thinks it's fine to park in a disabled parking bay, however we all know it is not and can be quite annoying. 

So a charity in Russia has come up with its own way of getting the message across that it’s not okay.

It involves spraying a thin mist and a projector so that it looks like a hologram of a disabled person is in the middle of the parking bay.

This video is very effective and hopefully would stop a lot of drivers in their tracks.
