That’s because they recognise the skill and experience you have gained from working in your current environment, and that’s essentially what attracts them.
Most people would have no problem accepting the job and moving on, but there are those who feel conflicted and disloyal for even talking to a competitor.
Is this guilt justified? Is it considered unethical to accept this
job from a competitor?
