The Big Walk's oldest participant gives Darren & Sky advice

To be old is to be wise, and to be wise is to be blessed. Darren and Sky had the privilege to chat to the oldest Big Walk participant.

The most anticipated and biggest outdoor, event in KwaZulu-Natal has finally come around and there's quite a buzz around East Coast Radio's Big Walk.
Entries are officially closed. The event has reached capacity. Thank you to all the walkers that have entered! We can't wait to see you next month!
On the 22 May 2016 The Big Walk promises to be bigger and better than ever and looking at the entries that have been pouring in, the event will definitely be a success.
This year the event calls for the unity of KZN's community in spreading health & fitness awareness, to celebrate our beautiful province and to be united in the spirit of Ubuntu.
Whether you
want to spend time with the whole family, play catch-up with friends or bond
with your work mates, this annual event brings people together from around the
province in a celebration of Durban’s natural beauty.
Calling all people of all races and ages, The Big Walk accommodates everyone who wants to live a happy and healthy life. Talking about age, Darren and Sky got some advice from the oldest Big Walk to participate this year - Ahmed Dawjee who will turn 86 five few days after the event.
