Troops of monkeys call uMdloti home. While some run-ins may not be the friendliest of encounters, monkeys have a soft spot in the hearts of North Coast residents. Currently, all eyes are on this unique monkey.

This particular animal is able to do a hand-stand walk in order to move from place to place. Many residents and social media users think that this ability is “hilarious and so cute”, but there is much more to it than what meets the eye.

One Umdloti resident has shared that the community is on a mission to help this injured animal.

Take a look at the video that is the talk of the town:

As shared by an uMdloti resident, “Monkeyhelpline is aware he needs help. Please keep an eye out for him and if you do see him KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM....they dissappear so fast...”
