The Maroon 5 lead singer, 36, shared a photo of the finished piece on his
Instagram account and is thrilled with how the artwork
turned out after going through multiple painful inking sessions.
The body art itself is of a mermaid riding waves with a sailing ship and the sun in the background.
The heavily-inked Sugar hitmaker - who is married to 26-year-old model Behati Prinsloo - previously said he doesn't regret most of his tattoos apart from one "pretty stupid one", which resembles a cauliflower.
