92-year-old great grandmother meets her two-day-old grandchild

A new dad has managed to capture a very special moment between his two-day-old daughter and her 92-year-old great grandmother.

Scott Martin posted this beautiful picture on Reddit and added this caption: 

'Life comes and goes, but it's always beautiful' 

Unfortunately Scott explained that his grandfather sadly passed away just a month before the birth of his daughter. He added: 'I think my grandmother here has been holding on for this moment'

'This was one of the best days of my life, I think it was up there for her too'
