You've just woken up and find so much on the internet, but you just can't digest it all. Don't stress, we have five of the things you could use to spark conversation at the office this morning. 

The Rwandan politician, Paul Rusesabagina, who inspired the film 'Hotel Rwanda,' has been found guilty by a court in Kigali of being part of a terror group, MRCD-FLN. Rusesabagina, along with 20 other people, was accused of conspiring to launch attacks on Rwandan territory in 2018 and 2019, resulting in at least nine deaths.

The Chinese version of TikTok is introducing a "teenage mode" that will limit the amount of time children under the age of 14 spend on the short-form video app to 40 minutes a day. The measure will apply to all Douyin users under the age of 14 who have registered for the app using their real names. Douyin will also be unavailable to these teenagers between 10pm and 6am.

Rogen first pointed out that "there's way too many of us in this room right now! They said this was outside - they lied! We're hermetically sealed in here - why is there a roof? I would not have come to this!"
