The great battle between a bull shark and hippos in St. Lucia

There was no way this pod of hippos were going to allow this shark to interrupt their relaxation time.

A tour guide has stunned many on social media with footage showing a bull shark trying to attack a pod of hippos.
According to Latest Sightings, Stacey Farrell filmed the incredible moment while she was out on a hippo and crocodile safari. While out on the water, they noticed the shark swimming near the pod, so they decided to stop, thinking the hippos would retreat to the shore, but that wasn't the case.

The murky waters caused the shark to have poor visibility and saw the shark swimming close to the pod. Frustrated and agitated by the sighting, the hippos started charging towards the shark in an attempt to resume their peaceful bathing time. Thankfully, the shark managed to get away in the nick of time. Wow, close call!
