And the importance cannot be stressed enough.
Therefore, messing with a woman's hair can be considered a 'no-go' area. What is worse is when the people messing with your hair are other women...
One woman who shared her negative wig experience on TikTok recently left us feeling upset for her.
She shared a video of the wig she purchased from a reputable store in Sandton.
And let's just say it didn't look like a complete wig. If you are familiar with wigs, then you will understand when she said that the wig was overplucked and left her with very large bald patches.

What concerned us more about the whole situation was the fact that we noticed something that would normally be noticed by the TikTok investigators.
The screenshots of the chat she had with customer service were dated back in 2021.
Now, besides the fact we are shocked by our ability to notice that so evidently, we didn't really think the company was being malicious in asking her to contact their admin team for more assistance.
