In a frank and honest discussion, Don't hold back podcast host Nozibele Qamngana-Mayaba chats to Clive Vanderwagen - a motivational speaker, TEDx speaker and a mindset coach - on everything from binge drinking to mindfulness to hangover cures.

"Can you quit drinking for day in a week, a week in a month and a month in a year? If that creates a sense of dread or worry about, ‘can I do that?’ - then you potentially have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol," says Vanderwagen in the latest episode of our new podcast.

The two talk about how developing a healthy relationship with alcohol helped Vanderwagen to optimise his life. Click below to listen.

Meanwhile, last week's episode dealt with the topic of gender-based violence. Don't hold back asked how you can tell if you're in an abusive relationship?

It may seem 'cute' when your lover always wants to be by your side. Until one day, they're physically dragging you away from a family event.

"Everything had to be approved by him. All the time, all the time...and then the beating started," recalls Lona Bawuti, an activist and survivor of gender-based violence.

She shares her personal story with Nozibele Qamngana-Mayaba in the launch episode of Don't hold back - say it loud. Click below to listen.
