"Creating the perfect balance is key."
Being a woman in a senior position in the world of sport is definitely uncommon.
And as much as women are breaking through barriers of traditionally male dominated industries, it is still so inspiring and admirable each time we witness it.
This week, Carol Ofori is celebrating Sinenjabulo Zungu, the CEO of our home town football club, AmaZulu.

Sinenjabulo graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Business Science (Marketing Honours) degree.
In 2019, she travelled abroad to do her international MBA at the IE Business School in Spain, which she completed in 2020.
Definitely a place with a history of its own when it comes to football legends.
She has a strong inclination to help the disadvantaged and to serve the community, especially in KwaZulu-Natal.
"Sinenjabulo Zungu currently sits on the board of AMAZULU FOOTBALL CLUB as an Executive Director and the incumbent CEO. She essentially sits at the head office of the club where she drives strategy of the business and looks after sponsorships and partnerships, stakeholder relations, marketing and commercialisation of the business." With her busy role and responsibilities, she believes that "creating the perfect balance is key".
And we totally agree with her supposition, life is always going to be busy, but making time to balance the things that matter is definitely possible.
It just takes the right attitude and willingness.
