If you are a tenant and you have been struggling to find a good landlord, then of course when you see something that paints another landlord in a bad light, you will react in a personal manner.

But the thing is, not all situations need to be handled by sharing things on social media. Sometimes you can address things on a face-to-face level. Before you react, think about it.

We are not sure if this was the case here, or perhaps this TikToker just wanted to gain some follows and likes?

A TikToker shares a video of a solution that was applied to a collapsing ceiling in their apartment. Sounds like nothing, but when you see it, things change. For one, it looks super dodge and unsafe, and secondly it was an opening to fire at the landlord.

And we all know that social media users love a shade party. In this case, it was against the landlord that found a temporary solution for a hazardous situation that didn't look like a stable solution for the issue at hand. Check out the video below, courtesy of TikTok

Now, of course, we have heard our fair share of landlord and tenant disputes, but most of the time, since one or the other has been burnt in their respective situations, there is a stereotype that develops.

In this case, it was against the landlord, as many people came to the comments sections saying that this was a reason to not pay rent, and that it was illegal and it went on and on and then the tenant, also the creator of the video, responded.

The TikToker/tenant responded by saying: "You guys I love my landlord!! I just don't know what the logic was here." (TikTok)

We are not sure if things were resolved since the posting of the video but we hope that the tenant realised that posting this was damaging to the landlord and painted him in a bad light.
