When life knocks you down with one bad thing at a time, you rarely are able to see any sort of light.
For this elderly man, losing his daughter not long after losing his wife of fifty years made him reach his end.
This man, who is a gardener from El Salvador, shared that after losing his wife, his daughter passed away.
He described that losing your child changes something in a parent. He said that at his daughter's burial he died inside.
We cannot even come to understand what that may feel like, but what we do know is that during someone's darkest times, something somehow gives.
He would carry rented lawnmowers and weedwhackers on buses to get to customer's homes.
Just as everything seemed to be too much to handle, a popular journalist who runs an upliftment programme called Murph's Life came to his aid. It was the perfect time to bring some hope into his life.
