PARENTING: Don't leave cash lying around the house with toddlers...

What a 'tearable' situation to be in...

When we talk about our kids doing the craziest things, you can only really know the extent of the craziness when you, yourself, witness it.

And this was one case that we are really glad we were not privy to experiencing.

Not because we have any less love or affection for our kids, but because we really don't know how we feel about seeing our money go up in shreds!

A video of a toddler sitting down with the evidence of what looks like the crime scene leaves us anxious, to say the least.

In the video, a female voice is heard picking up the remnants of R100 and R200 notes...

The toddler doesn't seem phased by her work, as we all have experienced at some point or the other in parenting.

So that doesn't surprise us. But the surprising part is that one day this child is going to hear about this story and we are eager to hear her response to her actions.

We can hear your heart thumping with anxiety over all those torn up bills.

But not much you can do about it, it's part of the deal when you become a parent. To deal with the best and worst moments.

Plus can you really blame the kid? To her this was just paper, and her expressing herself with sensory play.

That will teach us to leave valuable things lying around in easily accessible places.

Oh, and also there is such a thing as tape, which may help with the larger bills, but for the small ones, it may prove challenging.
