Grandma chases people from her 70th birthday celebration
Updated | By East Coast Radio
That's one thing that we love about young and old, they say what they say without any shame.

Celebrating birthdays is special and we're not one of those people who believe that as you get older birthdays shouldn't be celebrated.
Quite the contrary. We believe that the older you get the more there is to celebrate.
We are looking forward to celebrating East Coast Radio's birthday on the 9th of October. And with any birthday celebration, everyone wants things to go off without a hitch.
In other words, smoothly. But this Nigerian woman's 70th birthday celebration was anything but smooth.
After everyone sat down to eat, the birthday lady ordered some guests to leave.
Her reason was sound in her books, some people had come to her party without wearing an Asoebi, which is a special family print that is usually worn for special functions.
The video shows her announcing that guests who were not invited and therefore not in the traditional to please leave.

The guests had no other choice by to leave. But in another video, she explained why she did this.
She explained that she did not want uninvited people at her party. She apologised for the way things turned out because many of her guests were offended by her actions.
As much as we like to avoid any drama, it was admirable (for the lack of a better word) to see a woman stand up for what she wanted.
