Another week, another rescue with Wendy Knowler and consumers of Kwazulu Natal. Today a woman called in asking for some advice from Wendy regarding the warranty on her car.
After noticing that there was something wrong with the start/stop button of her car, she booked the car in at her local dealership. She made sure to check in that the work would be covered under her warranty, which they confirmed.
Then things went sideways when the dealership called back with an update that she was in fact not covered...
