Carol Ofori's V for Valentine's ends in groundbreaking radio first

What started off as something fun and interesting, evolved into something completely unexpected...
Carol Ofori and Dr. Shiven Ramkissoon announced to KZN their mission in sharing the love this Valentine's month on Valentine's Day. But it was no ordinary act of love, it was something that we rarely associate with love and most especially Valentine's Day.
When Dr. Ramkissoon agreed to sponsor a vasectomy for one lucky family in KZN, the whole team was excited. And by the likes of the entries, so were the people of KZN. This opened up a portal to more than 150 entries from people who came from all walks of life...

Carol Ofori announced the four finalists last week and we shared their stories with KZN. It was difficult to narrow down the hundreds of finalists to just four, but it was also amazing because their stories and this initiative opened up the conversation about a somewhat taboo topic.
And then D-Day arrived and we welcomed all the couples into studio for the announcement. As they all sat together before the show, it was even more heartwarming seeing how wonderful they were with each other.
