William & Kate, all inked up!
Updated | By Staff Writer

Would it change your opinion of tattoos if you found out your favorite star, actor, politician or singer was covered in ink?
Or would it change your opinion of the person in question?
Seattle-based visual artist Cheyenne Randall uses Photoshop to explore this further, by taking iconic images of some of the world's best known actors, actresses, politicians, musicians and thinkers - and re-inventing them.
Earlier this year, he told Today.com more about his project: "I started out by drawing tattoos on certain personalities in magazines and wanted to step it up. I taught myself Photoshop and thus began a slight obsession with seeing out of pure curiosity what some of my favorite iconic personalities would look like perhaps if they were in a parallel universe or took another path in life.
"Really I just let my imagination run wild."
He says each tattoo has a special meaning - and they all tell a story.
Here are some of my favourite images below - including a young Barack Obama, Wills and Kate as hipsters, and South Africa's very own Yolandi Visser.
I think this work is a stroke of genius!
Take a look below, and tell me what you think.
