What happens when a dog eats marijuana

The video you're about to watch shows what happens to a dog when its irresponsible owner leaves a cake filled with marijuana lying around.

Loki, a Siberian Husky struggles to remain upright, while his eyes roll back.

It's not at all a good scene, as the dog is clearly poisoned after eating a cookie laced with cannabis.

Tne dog's owner, Tony Costa said, "After having friends over, my roommate and I were watching TV when we noticed Loki, my roommate's dog starts flipping out in his corner. After investigating we established that he had went into one of our friend's bag and ate his rice krispie treat filled with marijuana [sic]."

Costa said the dog was still struggling the next morning.

The Drive Team feels Costa should be severely punished and possibly even have the dog removed and adopted by a more responsible family.

What are your thoughts? Should this just be seen as a clumsy once-off or should action be taken?
