VIDEO: How to quit your job in style
I quit! Forget the resignation letter, here's an interpretive dance for a boss - set to Kanye West's Gone.
It's so amazing being a part of such an instant and creative generation.
Long gone are boring letters of resignation, now an expressive choreographed middle finger to your boss can be recorded on your phone to your favorite track while busting some serious moves. I love this girl's vibe!

This is how Marina V. Shifrin described her 'I quit' video on YouTube:
"I work for an awesome company that makes news videos. I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets.
I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings."
