*Video* Giggly Minister in Parliament

Israel's education minister has taught his colleagues a thing or two about laughter. No matter who you are or where you are, it can get the better of you sometimes. In this politician's case, it was downright embarrassing.
Shai Piron, who is a rabbi as well, was delivering a speech in parliament recently, when he read the word, “penetration.” He was talking about cell phone smuggling into jails. Piron's overactive imagination seems to have kicked in because the moment he mentioned the word on live TV, he saw the funny side of it and couldn’t control his laughter.
Many of the other MPs were also amused and joined in the giggling. Overcome with embarrassment, the minister dried his tears as he walked back to his seat saying he couldn’t continue with his speech.
The side-splitting antics have become a hit online. Watch the hilarious clip below.
