Two-year-old girl shops alone at 11pm
Updated | By tanstan fourie

A two-year-old in Detroit, America, was filmed casually strolling to the shops at 11pm to buy herself some sweets.
The toddler crossed the road on her own to a petrol station and wandered the aisles, before walking up to the counter, putting some money down and asking for sweets.
The store owner noticed that she was alone and locked up the petrol station, putting her in a back room to be safe, before calling police.
When her parents were tracked down at the apartment complex over the road around an hour later, they were given an earful by the cops due to their unexpected reaction.
