This billboard was put up outside the WorldWear Shopping Centre in Randburg, Jo'burg.
The story is that apparently the customer was really disgruntled with Cell C, and decided to put up this billboard with his OWN MONEY.
Has this person ever heard of porting your number to another network?
Calling customer care?
All of these are far cheaper options than a billboard.
