An investigation has been launched into claims that two of the Waterkloof Four convicted murderers had a party with alcohol in a jail cell ahead of their release on parole, correctional services said on Sunday. Two of the so-called Waterkloof Four convicted murderers have been re-arrested for allegedly smuggling alcohol and having a party inside prison. Should they have been re arrested or is this just an over reaction?
