The kids offer some moral support

My kids put a big smile on my face the other day. More so than usual. Why? I've mentioned before that my daughter especially used to tease me about the size of my stomach. The teasing has stopped. Instead I'm getting encouragement. 

 

My son told me he can see I am losing weight. He even puts in his comment when I am offered something fattening I shouldn't be eating. "Dad can't eat that. He's on a special diet and that's not good for him," he says.

 

Sitting on the couch and watching TV the other night, my daughter, who was sitting next to me, reached out and touched my stomach. "It's going down daddy. Just now it'll be gone."

 

With the help I get from Prime while on the Flora Strong Heart Programme and the support I get from my kids, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the encouragement. I can't say I'll be running the Comrades anytime soon but I'll certainly keep doing the right thing with your help.
