Five-year-old Jayden from the UK was diagnosed with brain cancer last year and was given only 12 months to live.
His dad, Mike Wilson, told the Mail Online: 'We couldn't believe it at first. You never expect something this bad to happen to any of your close family members.
'He was given an average of 12 months to live, and today he's still fighting it like a champ.'
As Jayden's fifth birthday approached, Mike was determined to do something to make his son's day memorable!
Jayden is a huge Spiderman fan and has posters of the superhero all over the walls of his bedroom.
So Mike decided to get a Spiderman outfit made and surprised the youngster at his birthday party dressed as Spiderman.
Spider-dad didn’t just make an appearance but spent the entire day with Jayden and his friends.
An unforgettable day indeed!
