Shall we Dance returns!
I'm super honoured to once again be the MC at what is probably the longest running production in the history of South African theatre; SHALL WE DANCE, presented by The Playhouse Company in association with the South African Dance Teachers’ Association.
This incredible show is back back and now in it's 21st year!
Produced and directed by Neville Letard and Caryl Cusens, this Ballroom and Latin American spectacular is on at the Opera Theatre until the 21st of September.
With a massive cast, Shall We Dance is a hugely colourful dance extravaganza that has something for everyone.
So whether you're a fan of Ballroom and Latin American dancing or Belly Dancing, Hip-hop, Irish, Modern, Ballet, Spanish and American Smooth, this show has something for everyone.
This year, the highlight is on recent winner of Strictly Come Dancing South Africa, Ryan Hammond and his dance partner, Lindsey Muckle who together are also the current undefeated British Latin American Show Dance Champions.
Adding to the Latin dancers, Ryan's brother, Darren teams up with Milla Lykke Nielson from Denmark.
The Ballroom is provided by reigning South African Ballroom Champions, Penwell Nhlapo from Gauteng, and Yulia Kharlova from Russia.
**Others to watch out for are the Young Dancers Project and Statik (Selwyn, Clinton and Geezo) who are also part of my Man International Show.
Shall we Dance is a show not to be missed and for information about performances and to book, call Computicket on 0861 915 8000
