Ryan Reynolds baby drama

Ryan Reynolds enjoyed his first Father's Day with daughter James this year but some moms on social media are concerned for the child's well-being. 

Although Blake Lively's Instagram photo showing Ryan with six-month-old James in a carrier has gotten over 330,000 favorites, many commenters have pointed out that the way the baby is positioned in the carrier is unsafe. 

One fan wrote, "First why is the baby in the carrier that way and how did he get the baby in it this way? This is very dangerous. Please read your baby product manuals with as much detail as you read a script." 

Another pointed out, "The carrier is used incorrectly. These types of carriers do not have the between the legs support so baby could actually slip through. This kind of carriers is an ergonomically supportive carrier and baby's legs should be frogged, or in a sitting position."
