ProVerb confirms wife of ten years cheated on him
Idols SA host ProVerb has confirmed that a news report stating his wife cheated on him with a Joburg businessman is true.
Sunday Sun reports Onalerona met businessman Edwin Sodi at a local car wash two years ago. The pair instantly hit it off and apparently entered into a relationship.
While Thekisho and Sodi denied the romance, ProVerb was shockingly informed of the affair for the first time through Sunday Sun. He then labelled the story as hogwash. But on Sunday, ProVerb did an about turn, taking to Twitter to verify the story although he later deleted the tweets.
He tweeted: "Friends I beg u to please spare Onalerona of any judgment, none of us are perfect. (It's) All true, my wish is to protect the kids and shield her from judgement."
He added: "I have my flaws too, but God is at the wheel."
ProVerb and his wife have two children together. They met while she was still in high school.
