Next time, please be nice!

I just had bad luck recently from fast food restaurants!

Is it just me, the way I look, the way I speak?

Am I the type of guy that oozes character that somebody can and will take advantage of?

I like the way large cooperates, the owners and shareholders of these popular restaurants spin their way onto social media and try to assist the underprivileged in any way possible. Kudos for that! I love the incentives put out there, the marketing campaigns to push the consumer through their doors. Somewhere around the 25th of every month, we flock like sheep wanting to consume what was advertised through different media and to hold boasting rights with friends and family.

This is where I get grated up the wrong way! Service is ultimate in my books and I’m sure in yours too, but, it seems as if we have half brains employed at these outlets.

Communication skills are vital!

If my vegetarian burger is half an hour late because someone forget to buy lettuce, I want to know. And, when I’m complaining to your manager over the phone about how pathetic your restaurant is, please don’t decide to huddle up into a corner and blame shift or forget about other customers. 

Remember you are not doing me a favour by servicing my order. I’m keeping you employed! So next time, please be nice.
