Man enough for the man-thong?

I nearly fell off my chair when I was shown photos of the latest fashion craze to hit beaches in Spain.

 

Men wearing barely-there swimming costumes think it's ok to let their junk splurge out of the trunk. 

 

Some people are calling them man-thongs. The name we're most fascinated by is, "C-shape G-string!" 

 

Don't get me wrong, something like this would go down well in the bedroom, if you know what I mean. However, out there in public, in front of children?

 

I don't think so guys. 

 

We're not really sure who designed these weird-looking costumes. When you look at one, it seems as if the clothing factory it came from forgot to attach the other half of the brief. 

 

It basically cups the wearer's manhood but only slightly, from the front, while revealing both cheeks from behind. 

 

Bobby Norris and boyfriend Harry Derbidge, who act in the 'scripted reality' soap opera, The Only Way Is Essex, were spotted hanging out both wearing the man-thong!

As crazy as it seems, I couldn't help but dare our East Coast Breakfast host, Darren Maule to try one on.

 

He always says he's game for anything. 

 

It seems our brave jock couldn't wait to squeeze his stuff into the C-string! 

 

He actually sent me a photo and I've got to say it's a bit disconcerting to see that he actually enjoyed wearing it!

Is this new man-thong #HOT or #NOT
