Major changes unlikely in SOPA speech
Updated | By Portia Cele
A KwaZulu-Natal based political analyst does not feel any major policy initiatives will be announced at this year's State of the Province address.

Protas Madlala has been speaking to Newswatch ahead of Premier Senzo Mchunu's speech on Thursday.
Mchunu is set to update the Provincial Legislature on some of the plans his administration has for the province.
However, Madlala says it is unlikely that the Premier will make any major changes to the way the province is being run.
He expects job creation will take centre stage.
"I think he will dwell a lot on service delivery, infrastructure development, tourism in KwaZulu-Natal and the fight against corruption amongst the civil servants," he said.
