The magazine cover that has everybody talking
Updated | By Sihle Mthembu
35 of Bill Cosby's accusers are featured on the cover of the July 27th edition of New York Magazine.
Shot in stark black and white this image tells the story of women who belong to 'an unwelcome sisterhood.'
The cover which is now known #TheEmptyChair has got a lot of media attention because it implies that more victims will come out.
Yesterday after the magazine published the story, their website was hacked and was down for several hours. Whether the hack is related to the magazine is still unclear.
Sometime back I posted a piece on this case after Janice Dickinson spoke out. I was amazed at how many and in particular women, slammed her for being on an attention seeking drive. Say whaaaat!? Where is our unity sistas?
I am of the mind-set that there is no smoke without fire, what are your thoughts on this cover?
Here are some of the reactions to the cover.
Rape cannot be your fault, unless you are a rapist. No matter what you said or did or wore. It was not your fault. Hear that. #TheEmptyChair

If you are in the #TheEmptyChair - you are not alone, you are not defined by what happened to you. I believe you. I hear you. I stand w/ you
