Jane's #NekNomination
As if #NekNominations taking over our Facebook timelines isn't enough, now Damon Beard has started something that is going to be hard to stop...
Instead of chugging down a beer and filming it, Damon took #NekNominations to a different level on Monday.
In the process he challenged Darren Maule (and you!) to match or better his take on the phenomenon.
Darren took Damon's challenge rather literally, bettered it, and next up was Jane Linley-Thomas.

Thanks once again for breakfast this morning! What an awesome surprise! Isn't it amazing how one random act of kindness can propel total strangers to keep the spirit of "paying it forward" alive. Your good deed has inspired me to do the same:-)
It is so easy to become so wrapped up in your own problems, you forget that kindness and love is the key to eternal happiness.
Stop sweating the small stuff and focus on the good (note to self!)
