Isn't that fair?
Updated | By Jason
Isn’t that fair? Sunday afternoon could never have come too soon as the weekend was literally a working one. Hope you enjoyed the little time out of day to day routine which becomes compulsory once your parents give you the boot! In saying so, I was eagerly waiting for the football match to kick off at the Theatre of Dreams, where united were taking on the boys from London, Queens Park Rangers. So I sat in front of the tele waiting for the newly invigorated Red Devil eleven. Having spent more than a hundred million pounds over the summer transfer window, only an act of God could’ve proved that decision fatal. The likes of a South American midfield and some European acquisitions seemed like the perfect recipe for success. To be brutaly honest, it was! Having played three games already in this seasons league, this was the first game they won and, convincingly. However, being the lover of football that I am not forgetting the Red Devil I am myself, I find it premature to believe United can lift up that trophy just yet. They are a work in progress and success will never avoid them, but, we shouldn’t just crack open a new red label and sing around the campfire just yet. They face the daunting task of beating more of their London rivals early next month. A top four finish is what I’m after. Isn’t that fair?
