Help Natarah choose a new hairdo!
Darren freaked out when he heard that Natarah's hair has not been trimmed, treated or salon groomed in 18 months. He has decided that East Coasters should help his Breakfast Stack co-host choose a new hairstyle.
Natarah Nadesan's hair has not been touched by a professional in a year and a half.
The Breakfast Stack's Darren Maule did not hide his disappointment when his co-host made the revelation on-air, saying she hadn't trimmed her hair since her wedding.
The condition of her long locks is so bad that the colour she put in in 2012 appears to be dripping off her sorry, sandy-coloured strands.
Darren then made a call to help his friend out. He asked East Coasters to suggest a new hairstyle for Natarah.
Colourful suggestions streamed in via The Breakfast Stack's Facebook page, with some friends like Bronnet McDonald, Sizolwethu Czoh Mapholoba and Rennal Nalini saying, "Short is better."
Others including Kirthi Lala, Priyanka Singh and Candis Noxolo Zulu prefer her with a long, layered do.
Slindile Eve Nkosi and Korina Singh said a fringe would be cute. Mzukis Nommolo and Siphiwe David Biyela Mantshontsho suggested a chiskop (clean-shaven head).
Natarah says she's looking forward to trimming her crowning glory. She's keen for a 'new you' kind of look but doesn't want to do it alone.
Natarah's asked Darren to hold her hand through the process. The Breakfast Stack jock is keeping mum on the issue.
So here's another appeal from Nats: "Darren, please, please, please do a makeover with me? I'll be your BFF!"
