Australia (like most countries) has extremely strict laws regarding dogs.
If they are not contained within your perimeter, they need to be under supervision at all times.
Two dogs are apparently not under supervision nor are they contained within any perimeter.
As disturbing as that may be, we guarantee that when you watch this man imitate the apparently aggressive canines during a live television news report, you'll be rolling on the floor.
