One of the things that I initially found a little distracting and indeed unnerving during training at Prime Human Performance Institute was the constant monitoring of my blood pressure during exercise.
I'd do a few exercises and my blood pressure would be checked. Then a few more and I would be checked again.
I'm used to it now but this constant monitoring, whilst obviously needed, is actually just another reason I would recommend the Flora Strong Heart Programme.
