Damon superbly pranks Rory!
No denying there is undoubtedly more fun than work, but now and then we really sweat when things get a little tricky and deadlines loom relentlessly.
My producer, Rory likes to get it right all the time.
As you're about to hear, Rory had been struggling for a while to arrange the delivery of prizes for a certain promotion we ran.
So, I decided to take full advantage of his current stress with a little phone call.
Rory claims his two years' experience in the complaints department of a call centre in Southampton comes through during this call!
He starts to lose his rag just a little towards the end! We'll call it 'stroppy and sarcastic!'
