The Proteas have won the first of three T20 internationals against India.

South Africa defeated their hosts by seven wickets in Dharamsala last night.


The tourists won with two balls to spare as they chased down a victory target of 200.


JP Duminy top scored for South Africa with an unbeaten 68 from 34 balls.


Duminy cracked one four and seven sixes.


AB de Villiers made his 51 from 32 deliveries.


Rohit Sharma had earlier hit 106 for India.


Sunfoil Dolphins bowler, Kyle Abbott, took two for 29 in four overs.


A reminder also to local cricket fans that Pietermaritzburg will host Momentum One Day Cup action next Sunday.


That is when the Sunfoil Dolphins will start their season against the Knights at Pietermaritzburg Oval.


Play is scheduled to start at ten o'clock in the morning.
