Wins for Mayweather and Amazulu

Floyd Mayweather remains undefeated as a professional boxer.

Mayweather has easily beaten the previously undefeated Saul Canelo Alvarez.

Somehow one of the judges called it a draw in Las Vegas. The other two scored it comfortably in favour of the American.

Mayweather has won all 45 his professional bouts and has recorded 26 stoppages in the process.

Danny Garcia retained his WBC and WBA super lightweight titles on the Vegas undercard.

He beat Lucas Mathysse on points in a tight and bruising battle.

Amazulu are now second in the Absa Premiership standings.

Usuthu trail Supersport United on points-difference and have played a game more than the Tshwane club.

Amazulu beat Moroka Swallows 1-0 last night. Bongani Ndulula scored the only goal at Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Maritzburg United lost in the league last night. Kaizer Chiefs defeated Team of Choice 2-0 in Johannesburg.

Knowledge Musona and George Lebese netted for the home side.
