WATCH - Awesome fishing action
I have been out deep sea fishing three times this year and have enjoyed mixed success. My year started well with a boss Natal snoek of 9kg caught off Umhlanga back in January.
My next trip off Durban proved a disappointment as I drew a blank.
The same happened during the Safire Insurance King of the Sea.
The competition again proved unkind to me with no success on a choppy day off Pumula on the KZN south coast.
Today we catch up with US fishing legend Captain Blair Wiggins.
He is fishing off Florida in the USA in pursuit of cobia and grouper.
Cobia are also known as prodigal son here in South Africa and make for excellent eating.
