Viljoen cover for Abbott
Bizhub Highveld Lions fast bowler, Hardus Viljoen, will join the Castle Lager Proteas Squad in Cape Town this morning as cover for fast bowler Kyle Abbott.
Abbott experienced tightness in his left hamstring at the conclusion of the first Sunfoil Test against England in Durban.
“With a short turnaround between the first and second tests, we’ve included Hardus in the squad as a precautionary measure to cover all our bases,” said CSA Convener of Selectors, Linda Zondi. “Hardus has taken 20 wickets in the first two rounds of the Sunfoil Series.”

Quinton de Kock and Chris Morris were yesterday added to the Proteas squad for the Newlands action.
Stephen Cook was again ignored by the national selectors.
Sunfoil Dolphins, meanwhile, will play their next Sunfoil Series match from 7 January 2016 onwards.
That is when the Dolphins will host the Warriors in Pietermaritzburg.
The Dolphins are fourth in the standings.
