Mikael Silvestre, the former Manchester United and Inter Milan defender, was left bleeding and angry in Major League Soccer action over the weekend.

Silvestre, playing for Portland Timbers against San Jose Earthquakes, was involved in this clash with San Jose player Alan Gordon.
