Redfish can weigh up to about 40 kilograms and are found along the Atlantic coast of much of the USA and northern Mexico.
Redfish are also known as red drum and channel bass.
Redfish are often found near rocky outcrops and also man-made structures like jetties, oil rigs and bridge posts.
It is believed they can live up to 60 years.
